This Michigan forest engagement was so much fun! I met Taryn, Jeff, their dog Walter and Taryn’s sister at Stoney Creek, because Taryn fell in love with this beautiful row of trees. It really was magical with how the sun was peaking through the trees. We hiked, we laughed and Walter did a lot of barking LOL, but it was such a perfect fall evening.

On June 11, 2020 Jeff took me on a spontaneous day date to St. Joseph’s. He had mentioned in earlier weeks that we hadn’t gone on many dates with quarantine and wanted to do something special . He took me to a beautiful spot near a cliff overlooking Lake Michigan. The water was so blue and turquoise, it was magical! He planned the yummiest picnic (dessert and champagne were kept a secret until after I said yes)! He asked me to go look out at the water with him where he proposed! :)
