Hey! I'm Erin! Mom to 2 incredible girls and I completely love what I get to do for a living. Being a Detroit wedding photographer, I live for full laughs, gorgeous light, vibrant colors and all of the fricken feels in all of their lovely glory. I am an LGBTQ+ ally - I'm here for alllllll the love.
I live to travel, collect vinyl albums, celebrity gossip and I’m a total foodie – I can tell you the best restaurants pretty much anywhere. Swear.
Authentic wedding photography is my everything. Meaning, I want you to look at your photos 50 years from now and be able to feel the love you felt in that photo. Photography is a beautiful thing. A photograph can make you laugh, it can make you cry, but most importantly, it makes you remember. When I shoot, I shoot with my heart and soul. I pull as much of my couples and families into each portrait as humanly possible, which makes each and every time I pick up my camera a unique, and custom experience. My wedding photography work is authentic, loving and non-traditional and I am so in love with shooting authentically for my clients. And I fricken LOVE Detroit - she is my muse and I try to spend as much time as I can there. The colors, the textures, the soul of that city - Detroit weddings are my jam!

I was a bride once too. It can be a lot and that's why I help guide you and make this as fun and stress free as possible. Elopement. Giant Indian wedding. Wedding in a different country. 10 person Minimony. Good ole 150 person wedding at Westin Book Cadillac. I've shot them all. But even with shooting over 200 weddings, Each one is so unique and special to me and comes with customized care. I just love love, love my couples and love what I do and I really believe it shows.

My Approach
My work is custom. What works for one couple, doesn’t work for the other and that’s ok!
I don’t follow trends. I want your photos to be timeless and not “omg remember when everyone was doing that in 2024?!”
On your wedding day, I’m prepared. A few weeks before, we go over everything, so I don't have to ask any questions on your wedding day and things just flow naturally.
These photos I take of these beautiful human’s lives are family heirlooms. Priceless pieces of your family history and they need to be documented as such.
Between my calming presence/easy going, laid back approach and the fact that deep down, I really am type A, it makes me the best person for the job.
It's going to be a wild day, but for me, my job is so much more than photography and I truly believe that sets me apart from the billion other wedding photographers in Metro Detroit.
In my previous life, I was a surgical coordinator, which I think really helps me with the organizational side of things. But not to worry, I may be type A on the inside, I'm super chill on the outside. Very go with the flow, which I think comes from my extensive experience shooting not only Detroit weddings all over the world.
Being a bride once before, I know how wild it can be, which is why I know having experienced vendors are so important. That breath of fresh air knowing you can trust your wedding professionals is worth it's weight in gold. I know the city, I know all of the great locations and I know I will be a huge asset to your day.
