I work with new clients to assist with their catering and event planning needs!
What do you love most about your job?
Where do I begin, I love everything about what I do. To see a blank space fully transform and a come to life – it’s really a crazy thing to witness and take part in! When I found my passion for the wedding industry I jumped in head first. I truly loved every single moment of my own wedding almost 5 years ago and I want every couple to feel the same when we work together. At the end of the night when the couple is dancing the night away, surrounded by friends and family (who are fed and happy!) on one of the biggest days of their lives is really rewarding to me.
Tip #1
Here at Two Unique we can solely focus on the catering portion of your event (if that is all that is preferred / needed) but we can also be your one stop shop to assist with the full planning portion of the event providing turn key services so those off-premise events don’t seem so intimidating or overwhelming. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences and giving our clients peace of mind on the big day.
Tip #2
There are an abundance of service styles when it comes to the menu – we don’t like to put our couples in boxes and want to offer creative spins to the event. We have some inspirational menus to assist with guiding the various styles of service but these are truly meant to be an inspirational menu. If you were engaged at Champ de Mars in Paris, lets incorporate a fun Parisian flare to the dessert display!
Tip #3
Outdoor events are absolutely magical, especially here in Michigan but don’t take for granted access to running water, electrical outlets or a prep / storage space onsite. Hire vendors who have worked in various types of environments to make the real magic happen behind the scenes or for all those logistical hiccups and moving pieces on the day of the event.

Love it, as long as its a small cutter cake followed with a creative sweet twist for all the guests to enjoy!

Any mother / father dances – those moments are so special and the song that is picked out tends to have so love and meaning behind it.
What’s your current favorite wedding trend?
Unique food menus (of course!), bold colors, neon signs and creative floral installments always make my knees weak!
