Anytime I meet a couple that loves Detroit as much as I do, it’s just magic! When I met Shannon & Andrew last June, we just clicked right away. We planned for a lovely Detroit engagement session where I met them at The Foundation Room and from there, we ran all over the city. We laughed, we bopped inside buildings to cool off and witnessed one of the best Detroit sunsets. Ending in Greektown just seemed so perfect for a summer night in the city. I just love these two and cannot wait for their wedding in June!

How they met:
He lived in Michigan, I lived in Wisconsin… yet we met at our best friends wedding in Texas (His best friend married my best friend) and we didn’t know each other before. He calmed my nerves before my MOH speech with Vodka Sweet Tea’s and I taught him how to Texas Two Step.
Their Engagement Story:
Andrew planned a romantic proposal in Chicago, right in front of the Buckingham Fountain. I thought I was surprising him with our best friends being there for his birthday, much to my surprise, he knew all along and they were actually there for our engagement. He planned for all of my friends and family to be there for rooftop drinks and to celebrate with us.
