Ahhhhhh! It feels so good to be back you guys! I had so much fun hanging out with Cainnear, Matt and Beau their dog. It was a gorgeous Ann Arbor summer love type of night and it was pure magic. One of my favorite parts of their love story is below, but guys: PUPPIES CAN REALLY HELP YOU GET A SECOND DATE ;)

How they met:
We were set up by a mutual friend. Matthew sent me a Facebook message, with some encouragement from our friend, and after chatting for a couple days, he asked me on a date. We met for drinks at American Fifth in Lansing. He spent the whole first date telling me about his 4 month old puppy, and I knew I had to give him a second date, so I could meet his dog Beau. Matthew and Beau did not disappoint! As they say, the rest is history.
Their engagement story:
One Thursday (12/12/2019) after work, Matthew asked if I wanted to take our dog Beau on a walk at County Farm Park, our favorite spot to walk the puppy. It was December so the days were pretty short, and it was getting dark quickly. I suggested we stop at the trail map to determine the quickest way back to our car. I was busy looking at the map, rambling about which way was likely faster, and wondered why Matthew wasn’t chiming in with his opinion. I turned around to see what he was doing, and there he was on one knee.
