I spent a cold Sunday afternoon with Andrea and Anthony back in January.  We had a great time hanging out and seeing some of the beauty Detroit has to offer.  The DIA was packed – Sunday is Family Day – but we were able to find some more private corners to capture Andrea and Anthony’s love.  I cannot wait to photograph their March wedding!  Here’s a little more about the future Mr. & Mrs.:

How did you meet?  We met on a completely random, cold, rainy night through mutual friends. We each went as ‘wingman’ for our respective friends, who were at that time interested in one another. We met up at a house party, and hit it off…almost. The girls all went home early that night and Anthony didn’t have the chance to ask for my number. The next day he reached out to his friend, who knew my friend, and asked for my contact. I said “Sure, he’s cute and funny,” and the rest is history :)

Soo we have polar opposite music tastes and our only ‘song’ so to speak is a completely inappropriate rap song (lol), and we both love our first dance song, which will be “All of Me.”

Favorite thing to do together: All things food. Creeping on Yelp, exploring restaurants of Chicago–or anywhere else we visit, and testing new recipes at home. We’re always cooking (and eating) something! We also like to travel and work out on the side to keep up with our food habits.
