Man, as a kid I remember flipping through Detroit’s Hour Magazine and just thinking “Wowwwwwww!” Everything was just so glamorous. The photos, the galas, the happenings around the city. I still flip through there and feel the same thing. Last month, I received a Instagram alert where a friend had sent me a screenshot and there.it.was. My name in Hour:

And not just my name. My BUSINESS name. I am so humbled and honored to announce Erin Schmidt Photography was awarded Hour Magazine’s Best of Detroit Wedding Photographers! All the tears. All the feels and I am just so damn grateful for the support from all of you.
