So Kerby is a fellow wedding photographer who’s work I admire and I just love her as a person.  A half a year ago, she and her fam welcomed the squishiest baby I’ve ever seen; Hudson Fox (ummm, seriously coolest name ever).  When she asked me to come spend the morning with her family, I was excited and terrified and relieved.

Excited, because a photographer who’s work I love wanted me to photograph her.

Terrified, because a photographer who’s work I love wanted me to photographer her!

And relieved, because I knew she wanted me to shoot just how I love to.  True lifestyle.  Just them being them in their space.  I got to tell their story, through my eyes (with giant heart emoji eyes!).  A lot of people don’t think coffee and donuts are interesting, but these are the moments that make a family.  This is really them!  Sure, I can take a posed nice family portrait, but is that really YOU?  I mean Kerby and Zach wore nice clothes that didn’t have spit up on them, but really, that’s them and that’s their lives at this moment.  Ahhhh, I love these photos so much.  Thank you so much guys for trusting me and inspiring me <3
