I love spring in Michigan!  I feel like our state really shows off then and I was so excited to photograph Allison and Joe just as the weather started turning for the better and all of the flowers began to bloom.  We ran around town as I listened to their love story and we laughed about their first date (the movies to see Paul Blart Mall Cop – haha!).  These two are seriously so in love.  The way Joe looks at Allison just makes you melt – ahh!  I can’t wait for their wedding!

How they Met:

We met in high school gym class and have been together ever since!

 

Their Engagement Story:

It was December 2015 and Joe planned for us to have a date night in Detroit. The plan was to ice skate in Campus Martius and then have dinner. When we got down there Joe proposed in front of the tree. It turns out we never had dinner reservations. Instead, we went back home where our friends and family were waiting with champagne in hand.
