Family touches, fun and Slows! I absolutely loved photographing Camille & Mike’s December Belle Isle Wedding! It honestly was one of those days where everything just flowed perfectly. It also helps that TwoFoot Creative was their Day of Coordinator :) As expected in December, it was cooooooold. Like so, so, so cold. These guys were champs! Their ceremony at the Belle Isle Casino was beautiful and personal and just perfect. And then they all danced the night away – Camille and Mike sure know how to throw a heck of a party! Camille’s favorite memory of the day:

There’s so many, but I think my favorite memory would be standing outside during the reception taking a minute to soak everything in with my new husband. It was so amazing to hear the music playing seeing people dancing, drinking and chatting. They were all there for us and our love and that was so amazing!

Mike’s favorite memory of the day:

Having Camille walk up behind me and tap me on the shoulder, seeing her for the first time was so amazing. She was so beautiful and it was the moment was perfect.

Wedding planning advice for newly engaged couples:

Make your day unique to you, it doesn’t matter if your ideas seem crazy to others, your wedding will be the perfect day for the two of you.
Book amazing vendors, they will make your day so easy and you will be so relaxed (especially Erin and Allison)
The last two weeks of planning will be so crazy, so stressful, but it is all worth it! You’ll make it! Lean on your family, significant other and your AMAZING Vendors!
DO A FIRST LOOK! If you are on the fence as we were, DO IT! It was so intimate and so perfect and it made the day so relaxing and fun.

Our photos are a play-by-play from every angle of everything that happened on our wedding day.
