Ok, these two – they were seriously made for each other. So, so happy to be together. When I first met the two of them together (I knew Kim through mutual friends) all I kept thinking was – Holy Moly these two are in love! But not just in love – a deep love. They have fun together, but there’s just something different about these two – something magical. I had so much fun running around Detroit with these two. And that light! *sigh* That light was so good!
Here’s more about Kim & Jacob:
Kim, Public Relations
Jacob, Marketing Director
When did you meet? We met in college at Central Michigan University.
How did you meet? We had a class together and knew who each other were but never said a word until years later.
Your Story: It was December 26, 2014 and we were at my apartment with my brother before some friends came over to go to the CMU Christmas party. We’re all getting ready to leave when Jacob stopped, put his arm around me and told me how much he loved me. He then turned me towards him and I could feel that something was going on. He was shaking and looked so nervous (and he’s never nervous). He started by again saying how much he loved me and that Jacob in the Bible waited 14 years for his wife (we met 14 years ago) and he (my Jacob) would wait another 14 years to spend the rest of his life with me. Then he got down on one knee and made me the happiest woman in the world and asked me to marry him. And of course I said yes!
