Photographing destination weddings can be a whole new level of excitement for photographers. A completely new location, new elements like sand and equator strength sunshine, and just an overall giddiness of a first day of school feeling. Nick and Jessica’s wedding was all of that and so much more than I could have expected. The Beaumonts are such a welcoming family. Meeting Nick and Jessica for the first time in Jamaica – they welcomed me like friends I had known forever. I really can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality. I loved that they chose this resort for their wedding location, because almost 6 years ago to the day, this resort is where they fell in love.
Their wedding day was so much fun! Nick started the day in the pool with his brother and closest friends and Jessica started her day with a relaxing massage! They had decided to do a First Look and WOW – it totally reminded me of why I love First Looks. Nick was blown away with how stunning Jessica was – speechless in fact. With a perfect ceremony on the beach, these two became Husband and Wife. You won’t believe it with how smiley she looks in her photos, but this new Wifey stepped on a sea urchin just as we were starting to photograph her and her new Husband.
